Stand up and measure your foot from your heel to your longest toe. Measure both feet and use the bigger number, then find it in the length column. Those are foot lengths, not shoe lengths.

    We do not keep boxes of shoes on a shelf. We print your pair once you order, in your size.

    The soft part under your foot is printed right into the shoe. It is not a foam pad that goes flat after a month.

When will I get them?

We print your pair after you order, so there is a short wait before it goes out. That takes a week at most, and it is often faster. If a pair does not come out right, we print it again, and that can add a day or two.

What if something is wrong?

Write to us at support@youngsponge.shoes and tell us what happened. A real person reads it, and we will work it out with you.

How do I clean them?

Warm water and a little soap. Do not put them in the washing machine or the dishwasher, and do not leave them in a hot car. Heat makes them go soft.
